As the news headlines are reading "Heavy snowfall and below-freezing temperatures sweeping the European continent", everyone has been enjoying the sunshine this morning at 10 degrees (plus!) here in Cornwall and left hats and scarves at home.
Some summer flowering plants are already in bud next to winter and spring flowers. A mix of Hellebores and Roses in bud seems rather strange, but see below.
